Clariane's First Quarter 2025 Revenue Report
Clariane's revenue for the first quarter of 2025 increased by 4.8% organically, benefiting from price effects and a slightly improved occupancy rate in nursing homes. The group's diverse regional markets all contributed to this growth. Clariane continues its disposal program, with over 60% secured, aiming for €1 billion by year-end. The management reaffirms its 2025 financial targets, estimating around 5% organic revenue growth and an EBITDA increase of 6% to 9%, excluding disposals.
Regionally, notable organic revenue growth was seen in Germany (8.0%), Belgium/Netherlands (7.8%), and Spain/UK (5.1%), despite some negative impacts from previous disposals. Clariane is focused on strengthening its financial position and plans further disposals, aiming for a reduced leverage ratio by the end of 2025. The group remains committed to financial stability and improved performance across its sectors.
