Clearvise AG Acquires Wolfsgarten Solar Park with 42 MWp Installed Capacity

On May 27, 2024, clearvise AG announced the acquisition of the Wolfsgarten solar park from ALTUS renewables GmbH. This acquisition expands clearvise's operational portfolio to 316 MW of installed capacity, supporting their balanced energy production goals with equal contributions from wind and solar energy.

The Wolfsgarten solar park, planned and built by ALTUS, was commissioned in April 2024. This project, alongside the previously acquired Alsweiler II solar park, will generate electricity marketed via private Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

CEO Petra Leue-Bahns emphasized the value of their partnership with ALTUS, highlighting the timely launch ahead of the high irradiation summer months. Marco Eggensperger of ALTUS remarked on the successful realization of the project despite market challenges, noting their continued involvement in the park's long-term management.
