Closing of the public offering of participating securities by Les 3 Colonnes

The company Les 3 Colonnes, which specializes in supporting vulnerable elderly people through solidarity life annuities, closed the subscription period for its offering of participating securities on August 29, 2024. This initiative was approved by the AMF on May 14, 2024.

The public offer aimed to raise 20 million euros, corresponding to 40,000 shares with a nominal value of 500 euros each. Ultimately, subscriptions reached a total of 8,075,500 euros, or 16,151 shares issued.

The subscriptions were recorded by Invest Securities in the order in which they were received. The settlement-delivery date for the participating securities is set for September 2, 2024.

This result is in line with the SCIC's development plan, which provides for a new offering of participating securities for a maximum amount of 20 million euros. The new project will soon be submitted to the AMF for approval.
