Cloud DX Expands with New Remote Patient Monitoring Contract

Freedman, an internal medicine practice based in Highland Park, IL. This 24-month contract, valued at approximately 230,000 CAD, involves enrolling about 125 patients to benefit from remote monitoring through Cloud DX's Connected Health platform.

Cloud DX has already shown its ability to innovate in the field of digital healthcare in North America, focusing on managing chronic diseases and providing hospital-quality postoperative care at home. With a gross margin of 77%, these new contracts strengthen its position in the market.

The collaboration with Dr. Freedman, affiliated with the MDVIP concierge medicine group, exemplifies Cloud DX's commitment to improving care for patients suffering from chronic diseases such as COPD, congestive heart failure, diabetes, and hypertension. As the second MDVIP-affiliated practice in Illinois to adopt Connected Health by Cloud DX, this agreement marks a significant step towards Cloud DX's goal of improving health outcomes and reducing costs with its innovative remote monitoring platform.
