Cloud DX to Announce Q1 2024 Results and Extend Private Placement Deadline

Cloud DX Inc. (TSXV:CDX)(OTCQB:CDXFF) will release its first quarter 2024 financial results after market close on May 30, 2024. CEO Robert Kaul will host an earnings call on May 31, 2024 at 2:00 pm EDT to discuss the results and recent company developments.

Additionally, Cloud DX has announced an extension of its non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds up to $2.8 million through the issuance of up to 23,333,334 units at $0.12 per unit. Should demand permit, the company may increase the placement by $500,000. The new closing date for this private placement is on or before June 28, 2024.

Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to acquire an additional common share at $0.18 per share until 36 months following the closing date. The net proceeds will be used for general working capital.
