Clubessential Holdings Expands with Acquisition of RecDesk

Clubessential Holdings, a major player in membership management and payment solutions, has announced the acquisition of RecDesk, a prominent provider of recreation management SaaS software. RecDesk, founded in 2005 in Middletown, CT, offers a comprehensive cloud-based software suite that supports various recreational organizations in managing their facilities and programs more effectively.
