CO2 GRO Inc. Achieves Milestone with Canada's Largest Aqueous CO2 Enrichment Facility

TORONTO, ON - CO2 GRO Inc., a Toronto-based leader in agricultural innovation, has announced the completion of its largest commercial project to date in Canada, dedicated to advancing cucumber cultivation. The project, covering 3 hectares, aims to transform the farming of long English and mini cucumbers using advanced aqueous CO2 enrichment technology. Valued at approximately CAD $500 thousand, the initiative reflects the company's commitment to sustainable agriculture under a Purchase For Use contract.

This groundbreaking facility includes a misting system, an infusion system, and a Dynamic Monitoring & Control System, all managed via an online dashboard for greater efficiency. Following a successful collaboration with Cucumber Man TAP in Alberta in 2022, this project further establishes CO2 GRO Inc.'s stance as an innovator in the agricultural sector.

The facility is expected to play a vital role in direct-to-store cucumber distribution across Canada, highlighting CO2 GRO Inc.'s efforts to improve crop yield, profitability, and sustainability. The technology is not only anticipated to save up to 200 MT of CO2 annually for the grower but also to significantly enhance plant growth, production, and revenue.

Aaron, the company’s VP of Sales, expressed excitement about the project’s potential to reduce CO2 use while boosting agricultural output. He also hinted at future installations both in Canada and globally, aimed at revolutionizing sustainable farming practices.

Through its latest venture, CO2 GRO Inc. is setting new standards in the agricultural technology landscape, promising a future where farming is more efficient and environmentally friendly.
