Cogra, a pioneer in wood energy in France, has announced its annual results for the 2023/2024 financial year, ending June 30, 2024. In a difficult context marked by the 2023 energy crisis and a less harsh winter, the company has been able to adapt its organization to maintain its performance.

Cogra's turnover amounted to 39 million euros, down 24% compared to the previous year. The sale of pellets, representing 90% of the turnover, reached 35.1 million euros, while the sale of stoves and boilers stood at 3.5 million euros, down 32%.

Despite this decline, Cogra maintained an EBITDA margin of 10.5%, thanks to a reduction in purchases and prudent management of its operations. Net income reached 0.6 million euros, representing a net margin of 1.6%, demonstrating the solidity of the company's industrial model.

Finally, Cogra's financial structure remains solid with an increase in inventories of 22% and a gearing of 34%. Cogra has the financial capacities necessary to get through this uncertain economic period.
