Comet Holding AG Appoints New CFO, Christian Witt

Comet Holding AG has announced the appointment of Christian Witt as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Executive Committee, beginning January 1, 2025. Witt will drive Comet’s financial strategy and manage the global finance team. He replaces interim CFO Nicola Rotondo, who will return to his role as Vice President of Group Accounting & Controlling.

Christian Witt brings 28 years of experience in the industrial and technology sector. Most recently, he served as CFO at LPKF Laser & Electronics in Hannover. His career includes roles at Baxter Healthcare and Daimler, with international assignments in Germany, Spain, and Argentina.

Comet's Chairman, Paul Boudre, expressed confidence in Witt's expertise to contribute to the company's growth. The company also acknowledged Nicola Rotondo for his service during challenging periods.
