Commerce Resources Corp. has announced a change in its management structure. Ross Carroll has stepped down as President, CEO, and a board member by mutual agreement. Jeremy Robinson, a current non-executive Director, will take on the role of interim President and CEO. His main task will be overseeing the company's dual listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and further developing the Ashram Rare Earths Project in the coming months.
