Commerce Resources Completes Sale of Blue River Property

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 17, 2024 / Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXV:CCE)(FSE:D7H0)(OTCQX:CMRZF) announced the completion of the sale of its interest in the Blue River property. The sale includes certain mineral claims and real property located in Blue River, British Columbia. The buyer is an unrelated private company.

In exchange for the Blue River Assets, Commerce Resources Corp. received 20,000,000 shares of the purchaser at a price of $0.05 per share. The company intends to distribute these shares to its shareholders on a pro rata basis later. Any distribution will comply with applicable laws and TSX Venture Exchange policies.
