Compagnie des Alpes: A look back at the General Meeting of March 14, 2024

Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) held its Annual General Meeting on March 14, 2024 in Paris, with a quorum of 76.4%. During this session, all proposed resolutions were approved, including a 10% increase in the dividend per share to €0.91. The latter will be available from March 22, 2024. The Assembly was also an opportunity to discuss the encouraging performances both in the ski areas and for the leisure parks, with prospects even more optimistic with the reopening of sites and new features to come.

A notable point was the announced acquisition of 86.5% of the capital of Soccer 5 France SAS, thus underlining the CDA's diversification strategy. The Board of Directors took advantage of this meeting to renew and appoint new directors as well as to change the incumbent auditor, marking a new chapter in the governance of the company.
