Compagnie des Alpes acquires 33% of Terrésens

Compagnie des Alpes has signed an agreement to acquire 33% of Terrésens, a specialist in hotel residences in the Alps. This partnership aims to increase this stake to 80% within three to four years. Terrésens currently manages 11 residences and has major projects underway, including nine planned by 2028.
This merger allows Compagnie des Alpes to strengthen its position in the mountain accommodation sector, complementing MMV. This acquisition is part of a broader strategy to develop warm beds. Terrésens founder Géraud Cornillon will retain a 57% stake.
The cost of this acquisition amounts to 6.9 million euros for a turnover of 68 million euros for Terrésens in 2024.
