Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) will hold its Combined General Meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at the Mogador Theater in Paris. Shareholders will be welcomed from 1:30 p.m. The preparatory documents are available on the company's website.
The notice of meeting, including the agenda and resolutions, was published on February 3, 2025 in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires. The participation guide and voting procedures are available online.
The CDA website provides all necessary documents and information, including the 2024 Universal Registration Document and the annual financial report.
Upcoming key dates for the CDA include the publication of the financial results for the second quarter scheduled for April 24, 2025 and the first half on May 20, 2025.
