Le 6 novembre 2025, Michelin a effectué des transactions dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions. Ce programme, conduit hors contrat de liquidité, concerne les actions ordinaires identifiées par le code ISIN FR001400AJ45.
Pendant cette journée, Michelin a acquis un total de 895 817 actions, représentant un volume journalier considérable. Le prix d'acquisition moyen des actions s'établit à 27,9075 euros par action.
Les opérations ont été réalisées sur le marché gré à gré. Deux intermédiaires financiers ont été impliqués : Natixis et BNP Paribas. L’objectif de ce rachat est clairement défini : l'annulation des actions achetées.
