2025 General Meeting: Resolutions Approved for ETPO Group
ETPO Group SA held its Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 16, 2025, in Saint-Herblain, chaired by Jean-Charles Robin. Olivier Tardy, Chief Executive Officer, was also present. Shareholders, representing 98.27% of the voting rights, approved all proposed resolutions without amendment.
The main points of the meeting included the approval of the 2024 financial statements and the renewal of the directors' and auditors' mandates. The transfer of the registered office was also ratified. A dividend of €11.33 per share will be paid on June 25, 2025.
