CompuGroup Medical Acquires Pridok AS
CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA, through its subsidiary Profdoc AS, has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Pridok AS. Pridok AS is based in Tønsberg, Norway, and provides a web-based digital patient journal system for healthcare.
In 2023, Pridok AS generated revenues of NOK 46.8 million (approximately EUR 4.1 million), reflecting a 32% year-on-year growth rate. The purchase price for Pridok AS is NOK 404.9 million (about EUR 35.7 million), with potential additional payments up to NOK 185 million (around EUR 16.3 million) based on performance until 2028.
The transaction is expected to close on June 25, 2024. No significant conditions are attached to the completion of this acquisition.
