Conditions for providing preparatory documents for the General Meeting of PLANT ADVANCED TECHNOLGIES
The company PLANT ADVANCED TECHONOLOGIES PAT invites its shareholders to the ordinary and extraordinary General Meeting which will be held on Friday June 28, 2024 at 3 p.m., at the Cuénot amphitheater of ENSAIA of the University of Lorraine, in Vandoeuvre-lès- Nancy.
The notice of meeting as well as the agenda, the draft resolutions and the terms of participation and voting are available online. This information was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires and in l’Est Républicain.
In accordance with current regulations, documents related to the General Meeting have been accessible on the company's website since June 12, 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to submit their requests and documents electronically to shareholder@plantadvanced.com.
