Dallas, with its dynamic business climate, hosts this nationally significant meeting, orchestrated by local corporate members of CCI including Improving, The LOOMIS Agency and LJB CPA. These companies, under the leadership of leaders like Curtis Hite, Mike Sullivan and Brian Wing, are actively contributing to the spread of the principles of Conscious Capitalism.
The conference aims to attract both professionals already initiated into the framework of Conscious Capitalism and those who are not yet familiar with this approach. The goal is to drive greater profitability, employee engagement, social impact and job satisfaction, by adopting a stakeholder and Higher Purpose mindset.
Notable companies in Dallas, including The Container Store and TD Industries, were founding members of the local chapter of Conscious Capitalism, also attracting mid-sized companies. Together, they work to redefine long-term success in business, by promoting a triple positive outcome: Profit, People and Planet.
