Consolidated turnover for the first quarter of 2024: stability for the Precia Molen Group
Privas, May 28, 2024 – The Precia Molen Group announced consolidated turnover of 39.9 million euros in the first quarter of 2024, stable compared to the same period in 2023. Organic growth at scope and rate of constant exchange rates is -1.5%, with an unfavorable exchange rate effect of -0.1% and a positive scope effect of +1.6%.
In France, turnover fell by -2.4%, mainly due to a slowdown in equipment order intake. On the other hand, the rest of Europe recorded an increase of +7.4% at constant exchange rate, thanks in particular to strong activity in the United Kingdom.
The rest of the world shows a slight increase (+1.4%) in organic growth. The decline in revenue in India was offset by gains in Africa and the United States, although Brazil and China remained down.
For 2024, the group anticipates limited growth in turnover, despite the slowdown in orders in France, with sustained activity in Europe and positive prospects in India and Africa.
