Les Constructeurs du Bois décrochent un projet phare à Illkirch-Graffenstaden
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) annoncent leur succès dans un concours national initié par Foncière Logement. Ce projet de 4 millions d'euros vise la construction d'un immeuble résidentiel de 18 logements à Illkirch-Graffenstaden, renforçant ainsi l'implication de LCB dans le secteur du logement locatif accessible en France.
Ce chantier s'inscrit dans un Contrat de Promotion Immobilière, où LCB supervise la conception et la livraison, tout en définissant une collaboration avec Foncière Logement centrée sur des habitations respectueuses de l'environnement. Les compétences d'OUTSIGN Architecture contribuent à ce projet ambitieux qui s'aligne avec la stratégie « Futurhable » de LCB pour une construction éco-responsable.
