Convocation to the Combined Annual General Meeting of DRONE VOLT on June 4, 2024
Villepinte, May 24, 2024 - DRONE VOLT, specialist in embedded artificial intelligence and manufacturer of professional civil drones, recalls the holding of its Combined General Meeting on Tuesday June 4, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at its head office located at 14, rue de la Perdrix in Villepinte.
Due to the difficulties encountered in reaching the quorum during previous meetings, the Bobigny Commercial Court appointed SELARL Thevenot Partners, represented by Maître Vincent Bloch, as ad hoc agent. The latter will represent the defaulting shareholders during this AGM.
The ad hoc proxy will exercise the voting rights of absent shareholders in a neutral manner: half positive and negative votes for ordinary resolutions, two thirds positive for extraordinary ones approved by the Board, and one third positive for extraordinary ones not approved.
