CORAS Federal has announced an early release of their new Driver Trees feature, designed to enhance enterprise decision management for the U.S. Navy. This tool is a part of their FedRAMP High certified SaaS platform, aimed at improving performance-based management and decision-making. The Driver Trees process identifies root causes and efficient progress methods, aligning with the Navy’s "Get Real Get Better" and Performance to Plan (P2P) initiatives.
The tool is currently being used by U.S. Navy Program Managers to measure and predict future performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
