Core Assets Corp. Announces Significant Mineralization Discoveries at Silver Lime Project
Core Assets Corp. has reported promising findings from its 2023 surface sampling campaign at the Silver Lime CRD-Porphyry Project in the Atlin Mining District, NW British Columbia. The company collected 89 rock samples, uncovering high-grade mineralization at surface. Notable assays include up to 680g/t Ag, >36.4% Pb+Zn, and 0.55% Cu.
Highlights from the campaign involve the extension of the Pete’s-Sulphide City-Gally mineralized trend by 850 meters, reaching a total length of 2.5km, and showcasing significant polymetallic deposits at the surface. The exploration has yielded the highest grading intercepts at the Pete's and Gally targets, with assays up to 1,030g/t Ag, 32.4% Pb+Zn, and 1.16% Cu from surface.
Core Assets’ CEO, Nick Rodway, emphasized the project’s surficial footprint and metal endowment enhancement following the recent surface sampling. The company is set for another exploration season at Silver Lime, backed by the latest findings and a well-funded exploration program.
The company has also utilized modern remote sensing data to refine target areas, and is collaborating with SRK Consulting and the University of Portsmouth for comprehensive geochronological studies and 3D structural models ahead of the 2024 field season.
Core Assets Corp is committed to advancing exploration at the Silver Lime Project, leveraging modern techniques and methodologies to uncover the full potential of the polymetallic deposits within their 1,140 km² Blue Property tenure.
