Core Assets Provides Drilling Update at the Silver Lime Project
Core Assets Corp. (CSE:CC) shared an update on their 2024 exploration activities at the Silver Lime CRD-Skarn-Porphyry Project in British Columbia's Atlin Mining District. The company completed 3,600 meters of diamond drilling in 10 holes spanning four target areas.
The Sulphide City Mo-Cu Porphyry and associated skarn mineralization were tested at depths over 500 meters. Drilling at Pike Valley returned promising results, including veins yielding up to 260g/t Ag, 6.5% Pb, 3.8% Zn, 0.10% Cu, and 0.75g/t Au.
Four additional holes at Sulphide City intersected widespread alteration and significant faulting-induced deviations. Pike Valley's shallow holes confirmed high sulphidation base metal sulphide veins at surface. All drill core has been shipped for assay, and results are pending.
The Sulphide City Porphyry System appears to be a multiphase and long-lived system open for further exploration. Core Assets aims to present assay results as they become available.
