Corestate Capital Holding S.A. Appoints KPMG as Auditor for 2022-2024
Luxembourg, 29 August 2024 – Corestate Capital Holding S.A. has announced the appointment of KPMG Audit S.à r.l. as the auditor for its financial years 2022, 2023, and 2024. This decision was made with the consent of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board.
KPMG will be recommended for election as auditor at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, expected to be held in early 2025. During this meeting, Corestate plans to submit the audited consolidated financial statements for 2022 and 2023 for approval.
