Correction of SIRIUS MEDIA financial results for the first half of 2024

The SIRIUS MEDIA group, specializing in audiovisual production, has corrected an error in its initial press release of November 4, 2024 concerning the financial results for the first half of 2024. The exact number of bonds converted into shares is 12,500, and not 7,500 as previously announced.

During this period, SIRIUS MEDIA signed a convertible bond contract with Atlas Special Opportunities, totaling EUR 2 million. These bonds offer an interest rate of 8% per annum and matured in 12 months. The conversion resulted in the creation of more than 17 million new shares.

Following these conversions, the share capital of SIRIUS MEDIA was increased to 4,631,075.50 euros. This corresponds to a total of 46,310,755 shares, each valued at 0.10 euros.
