Cortland International and Applied Fiber Partnership for Synthetic Termination Technology
Cortland International, based in Anacortes, Washington, announces a partnership with Applied Fiber, based in Havana, Florida, to license its proprietary synthetic termination technology. This collaboration aims to integrate Cortland's high-performance synthetic rope engineering and production know-how with Applied Fiber's world-class termination technology. The goal is to provide highly configurable and reliable fiber rope termination solutions on a global scale.
The CEO of Cortland International, Stuart Janke, emphasizes that this partnership, part of a relationship of more than twenty years, will allow personalized solutions to be brought to market more quickly. Richard Campbell, CEO of Applied Fiber, emphasizes the choice of Cortland to extend the reach of their technology with its expertise in applications and hardware engineering. Cortland teams will shortly begin training on Applied Fiber's proprietary equipment to enhance their product offering.
