HyProMag USA Advances U.S. Rare Earth Magnet Recycling with New Equipment

HyProMag USA, a joint venture of CoTec Holdings Corp, has received Inserma hard disk drive recycling machines at its South Carolina and Nevada sites. This marks a progress in their U.S. rare earth magnet recycling platform and hub-and-spoke development strategy. The equipment supports future commissioning for the recycling platform.

The machines will undergo installation and commissioning in the coming weeks. HyProMag USA plans to host operational milestone events to showcase the equipment in operation. This development is part of a broader plan, including a potential U.S. public listing.

Building on success in the UK, HyProMag aims to strengthen domestic recycling capacity. The initiative supports HyProMag USA's long-term goal to scale its manufacturing footprint in the U.S., with ongoing engineering and feasibility work at its Texas Hub.
