Courtois SA: Change in voting rights as of June 30, 2024
On July 3, 2024, Courtois SA published the breakdown of its voting rights as of June 30, 2024. The total number of shares in circulation is 72,780, without modification since October 2019. Among them, 65,581 shares have a double voting rights, bringing the total gross voting rights to 138,361.
The number of shares deprived of voting rights is 423. Consequently, the exercisable voting rights amount to 137,938. Courtois SA reminds that any person holding or ceasing to hold 0.5% of the capital must inform the company within 15 days.
Shareholders with holdings not declared according to this rule could be deprived of their voting rights for meetings, for a period of up to two years after regularization.
