Analysis of Courtois SA's Financial Results for 2025
Courtois SA has released its financial results for the year 2025, showing consolidated revenue of €2,563,000, compared to €945,000 in 2024. This increase is mainly due to the sale of lots in the Courbevoie project.
The building renovation division saw strong growth, reaching €2,375,000 compared to €34,000 the previous year. This includes €2,052,000 generated by SAS Courbevoie 157 Timbaud.
Property development activity saw its revenues stagnate at €33,000, while building management fell to €155,000, a predictable impact due to the renovation of the premises on Rue de Rémusat.
In terms of debt, the group used €4,474K in financing and anticipates a significant decrease in building management activity in 2026.
