Covivio's Voting Rights and Share Capital Update

On June 2, 2025, Covivio released an update regarding its total number of voting rights and share capital. As of May 31, 2025, the total number of shares in the capital is 111,623,468, with theoretical voting rights amounting to the same number. However, the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, at 110,810,008 votes. This discrepancy stems from 813,460 treasury shares which are deprived of voting rights under French law.

Covivio's Articles of Association include a threshold declaration clause requiring notification if one's holdings reach or fall below 1% of share capital or voting rights. This clause demands immediate communication of changes, otherwise affected voting rights may be suspended for up to two years.
