Covivio Hotels: Publication of voting rights and shares
On October 1, 2025, Covivio Hotels published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of September 30, 2025, the total number of shares is 157,990,312.
Theoretical voting rights also correspond to 157,990,312, while exercisable voting rights amount to 157,987,598. This difference is explained by 2,714 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights under Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
