Covivio Hotels: Update on voting rights and available shares
Covivio Hotels has provided important information regarding voting rights and shares as of August 30, 2025. The total number of shares comprising the share capital is 157,990,312. Theoretical voting rights are also set at this same number. However, exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, with 157,986,405 votes available.
This difference is due to Covivio's holding of 3,907 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code. This illustrates rigorous management of the securities and rights associated with the company's capital.
