Covivio Hotels - Information relating to the total number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital
On July 4, 2024, Covivio Hotels published updated data on its share capital. This information complies with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.
As of July 31, 2024, the total number of shares comprising the share capital of Covivio Hotels amounts to 148,141,452. The total number of theoretical voting rights also corresponds to these figures. However, it is specified that the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, with a total of 148,135,342, due to 6,110 treasury shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
