On July 4, 2024, Covivio Hotels published information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. This publication complies with the requirements of article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of June 30, 2024, the share capital of Covivio Hotels is made up of 148,141,452 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 148,141,452, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 148,134,297, due to 7,155 treasury shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with article L 225-210 of the Commercial Code.
