Covivio Provides Update on Voting Rights and Share Capital

Covivio has disclosed crucial information regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of April 30, 2025, the company reports 111,623,468 total shares in its capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights stands at the same figure, while exercisable voting rights amount to 110,750,970. This difference is due to 872,498 treasury shares that are ineligible to vote.
Covivio's Articles of Association mandate that shareholders notify the company upon crossing certain ownership thresholds. This threshold is set at one percent, both for share capital and voting rights. Neglecting this notification could lead to a suspension of voting rights for two years if not corrected timely.
This requirement extends to mutual fund management firms and applies to all threshold crossings beyond legal requirements. Such regulations ensure transparency and fair play among shareholders.
