Covivio Updates Share Capital and Voting Rights Information

On April 30th, 2024, Covivio, a prominent real estate firm, disclosed its updated share capital and voting rights data. The company reported that both the total number of shares in the capital and the theoretical number of voting rights stand at 104,824,473. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 104,049,556, due to 774,917 treasury shares that are denied voting rights under certain regulations.

In accordance with Covivio's Articles of Association, any entity or individual reaching or exceeding ownership thresholds is required to notify the company. This includes holding at least 1% of the share capital or voting rights. Notifications must be made via registered mail and contain extensive information as specified in the French Commercial Code.

Failure to report these holdings as described can lead to the suspension of voting rights for shares above the undeclared threshold, potentially impacting shareholder influence during General Meetings for up to two years until the issue is rectified.
