CPI Europe Completes Acquisition of Czech Residential Properties

CPI Europe AG has finalized the acquisition of a substantial residential property portfolio in the Czech Republic. The deal, first announced in August 2025, involves nearly 12,000 apartments spread across Ústí nad Labem, Liberec, Třinec, and Prague. This acquisition includes both the properties and an operational management platform. In 2024, the portfolio's gross rental income was equivalent to €38 million, with rental growth reaching approximately 9% in the first half of 2025.

This move aligns with CPI Europe's strategy focusing on long-term growth and diversification in various asset classes and regions. The portfolio's valuation stood at €892 million as of June 2025. CPI Europe will pay approximately €605 million, partially financed by a multi-year vendor loan from a subsidiary of their parent company, CPI Property Group.
