CPI Property Group Holds Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings
Luxembourg-based CPI Property Group convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 30 May 2024. Approximately 89.99% of voting rights participated in the sessions.
During the AGM, shareholders approved the company’s statutory and consolidated annual accounts for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. They also endorsed the revised remuneration policy and the remuneration report, and discharged the board members and the approved auditor from their duties.
The AGM re-appointed board members Edward Hughes, Jonathan Lewis, Philippe Magistretti, David Greenbaum, Tomas Salajka, Omar Sattar, Oliver Schlink, and Tim Scoble until 2025. Ernst & Young was re-appointed as the company’s approved auditor.
At the EGM, shareholders approved a reduction of the company’s capital by EUR 8,532,746.80 through the cancellation of treasury shares. They also modified the company’s articles of association accordingly.
The EGM introduced a new authorized share capital of EUR 3,885,714,285.70 for five years and granted the board authority to carry out capital increases under specified conditions.
