CPI Property Group Provides Update on Cyprus Litigation

On 31 July 2024, CPI Property Group (CPIPG) issued an update regarding ongoing litigation in Cyprus. The District Court of Nicosia has decided to keep in effect the provisional orders granted in December 2022. The recent judgment did not introduce any new orders nor did it address the merits of the case. It focused solely on the continuation of the December 2022 measures until the case is resolved.

CPIPG considers the litigation to be unjustified and unfounded, and plans to challenge the latest decision through the appellate process. The company has assured stakeholders that they will be kept informed about any further developments.
