CRCAM Alpes Provence: Guide to the issuance of shares by local funds

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Alpes Provence announces the issuance of shares by its local banks. The objective of this operation is to diversify and increase the number of members while guaranteeing capital stability.

The shares, with a nominal value of €1.50, will be available for subscription from June 28, 2024 to June 27, 2025. Subscribers, natural or legal persons, will have the opportunity to acquire between 20 and 13,334 shares. , without preferential subscription rights.

These shares, governed by the “one man, one vote” principle, allow members to participate in the decisions of the general meeting. Interest is calculated pro rata temporis and can be capitalized or paid in cash, according to the decision of the local general assemblies.
