Crealogix Granted Temporary Exemption Ahead of Delisting in 2024
Crealogix Holding AG has been granted a temporary exemption from certain reporting and compliance duties by SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER). This exemption, effective immediately, extends until the company's delisting on November 8, 2024. The decision, dated September 23, 2024, allows Crealogix to bypass several obligations, including the publication of the 2024 annual report and the 2023 semi-annual report.
The SER decision also relieves Crealogix from publishing ad hoc announcements and disclosing management transactions, among other duties. These exemptions streamline Crealogix's regulatory requirements, minimizing administrative tasks as it approaches delisting.
