Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence announces its weekly transactions

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Alpes Provence published a press release on August 19, 2024 regarding its purchases of Cooperative Investment Certificates. These purchases are made within the framework of the buyback program authorized by the Combined General Meeting of members of March 26, 2024.

During the week in question, transactions took place on several days, including 13 and 16 August 2024. No transactions were made on the other days of the week. The total volume of shares purchased amounts to 20 on the XPAR market at average prices of €71.50 and €72.54 per share, respectively.

Details of the transactions are available on the Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence website and have been forwarded to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. The objectives of these buybacks are mainly the cancellation of the acquired shares.
