Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Resilience and Financial Growth in the First Half of 2025
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie posted solid financial performance as of June 30, 2025, despite an uncertain economic environment. Net banking income on an individual basis increased by 4.9% to €411.4 million, while on a consolidated basis, it jumped by 8.7% to €422.6 million. This growth is partly attributed to lower refinancing costs. Operating expenses were kept under control, recording a moderate increase of 2.3% on an individual basis.
Gross operating profit increased by 7.3% on an individual basis, demonstrating the effectiveness of the cooperative model. Net corporate profit increased by 3.6%, reaching €154.5 million. Loans and savings also increased, with respective outstanding amounts of €29.2 billion (+1.9%) and €38.1 billion (+3.1%). Finally, the branch renovation project continues to progress, with three renovated branches delivered in July 2025.
