Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Repurchases carried out in accordance with the MAR Regulation
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie carried out several share buybacks in compliance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation, between August 12 and 16, 2024. These operations were carried out with the assistance of Kepler Cheuvreux SA on the XPAR market.
On August 12, 250 shares were repurchased at an average price of 16.83 euros. On the 13th, 696 shares were purchased at 16.92 euros. On August 14, the volume of repurchases reached 3,426 shares at a price of 16.96 euros. On August 15, 197 shares were repurchased at 17 euros. Finally, on August 16, 1,100 shares were purchased at an average price of 16.95 euros.
The aim of these buyouts is to provide the regional fund with a societal project.
