Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Weekly share buybacks according to the MAR Regulation
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie has announced its share buybacks for the week of August 5, 2024. The purchases were made in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The transactions, processed via Kepler Cheuvreux SA, aim to finance a societal project within the company.
The movements took place mainly on the XOFF and XPAR markets. The total volume bought back on August 5th amounted to 2,216 shares, spread across two different markets, with a weighted average price close to EUR 16.87. On August 6th, 1,111 shares were bought, and 1,950 shares on August 7th, all on the XPAR market.
The buybacks continued on 8 and 9 August with 2,181 and 434 shares respectively. The unit price of the shares acquired mainly fluctuated between 16.80 and 16.90 euros. The purchases consisted of multiple transactions of varying volumes, taking place at different times of the day.
