Crédit Agricole de Toulouse: Purchase of Cooperative Certificates

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Toulouse has announced the repurchase of its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI). This program was authorized by the General Meeting of March 28, 2025. On July 11, 2025, a total volume of 51 shares was acquired on the XPAR market. The average price of these transactions was €89.71 per share. These transactions aim to cancel the repurchased shares, in accordance with their capital management strategy.

Kepler Cheuvreux acted as intermediary, carrying out two separate transactions at the same time. The largest involved 43 shares, the other eight, both at slightly different prices but converging toward the average price. The objective of the buyout remains focused on cancellation, thus optimizing the financial structure of the cooperative entity.
