Crédit Agricole Toulouse buyout activities at the end of May 2025
The Caisse régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Toulouse 31 has repurchased its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) from May 26 to 30, 2025. The transaction, authorized by the General Meeting, extends over several days on the XPAR market.
The transactions, managed by Kepler Cheuvreux, saw purchases vary in daily quantities. On May 27, 73 certificates were repurchased at an average price of €88.01. In the following days, volumes fluctuated slightly, with a low of 61 certificates repurchased on May 30 at an average price of €88.43.
Each purchase was intended to cancel the certificates, thus contributing to capital management. The financial identifier code for each transaction was FR0000045544.
