Credit Coopératif Announces Final Offer Prices for XS2999243434
Credit Coopératif has released the final offer prices for the unsubordinated notes with ISIN XS2999243434, in compliance with article 17 of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129. The legal documents, including the Base Prospectus for the issuance by BNP Paribas Issuance B.V., were approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 30 May 2024. The Final Terms, dated 5 May 2025, were filed with the AMF.
The subscription dates range from 14 July 2025 to 6 November 2025. The final offer prices varied slightly during this period. The highest recorded final offer price was 0.645 on 23 October 2025, with the highest aggregate nominal amount of 206,000 recorded on 22 October 2025.
